We use eco-friendly, double-walled reinforced packaging and custom foam inserts specifically designed for fragile items to ensure your TsukiGlass pieces arrive in perfect condition.
Is TsukiGlass drinkware dishwasher safe?
While many of our items are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing with a soft sponge to preserve the clarity and integrity of the hand-blown glass over time.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our home collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Are your products lead-free?
Absolutely. All TsukiGlass products are crafted from high-quality, 100% lead-free borosilicate or crystalline glass, ensuring they are safe for daily use.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.
