At TsukiGlass, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artisanal glassware; if your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to prevent breakage during transit.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Carefully wrap each glass piece in its original protective foam and box to ensure it remains safe and intact during the shipping process.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned glassware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
